前言_Preface

現今氮化製程,在工、模具鋼應用方面,延伸出下列問題?

 

  1. 氮化微組織(Micro Stracture)由白層(White  layer)、擴散層(Diffusion layer)結合而成;白層是由複合層(Compoud layer) FeN、Fe2N、Fe3N、Fe4N組合,上線使用會造成工、模具作動時引發毛裂(Micro crack)進而崩裂(Macro crack),而提早下線。
  2. 氮化作用溫度,一般設定在530℃〜600℃區間,使得工、模具鋼,回火溫度在500℃〜550℃區間之工件,在製程結束時,發現硬度下降連帶牽動尺寸變形。

So far nitride processing have been applied on the application of tool and mold steel.

That extremely triggered some problem, shown as below.

 

  1. Nitride structure consists of white layer and diffusion layer . Whilst tool,mold steel getting on production line , white layer should result in micro crack then accompany severely macro crack . There for getting off production line previously .
  2. Tool and mold steel tempered at 500~550℃ , that proceed to do nitride  cycle ,which temperature usually set at 530~600℃ . After processing cycle carry out , it should be found obviously that hardness descend then cause dimension change simultaneously . Owing to the mention above , our team work developed successfully  vacuum  nitride  without white layer to improve those problem .

原理_Principle

利用真空狀態,將NH3、CO2、C3H8、CH4、N2、H2等氣體比例特殊配合,在運用,低於工、模具鋼回火溫度以下之特定溫度,產生無白層氮化,亦即是完全擴散層(Diffusion Zone)。

By means of vacuum status conduct in gases of NH3 , CO2 , C3H8  ,CH4 , N2 , H2 etc ,with special proportion  recipe , and then take advantage of specific processing temperature.

In which lower than the tempered temperature of tool and mold steel. Amid it produced perfectly none white layer vacuum  nitride ,that equivalent to full diffusion layer .

特性_Characteristic

  1. 因無白層,所以無多孔層,當然對於外在環境因素之酸、鹼阻抗,特優於一般氮化。
  2. 因超低溫,所以變形量低於一般氮化製程。
  3. 工、模具作動時之微裂阻抗特優。
  4. 可消弭極性化與脆性,因而可防止後續加工電鍍、蒸鍍毛裂脫皮等困擾。
  5. 工、模具上線使用壽命延長。
  6. 無白層氮化硬度為HV800~1500『荷重300g』。
  1. Due to non white layer , so none porous layer , that can make resistance of acid ,alkaline factor of exterior circumstances . There for it s resistant ability better than ordinary nitride processing .
  2. It is attributed to specific processing temperature , that dimension change lower than common nitride processing .
  3. Acquire pretty micro crack resistance , while it is in operation .
  4. Eliminate polarization and brittleness , so that can prevent subsequently the possible decomposition of electro plating and PVD processing .
  5. Prolong the time of service life .
  6. Non white layer nitride hardness 800~1500 in 0.3HV .
